• Vision: Inclusive, educated, and climate-resilient communities across Assam with equitable access to basic services and dignified livelihoods.
• Mission: To design and scale community-led solutions in education, environment, health & sanitation, women and child welfare, sustainable agriculture & livelihoods, and culture & youth development, with robust governance and evidence-based programming.

3) Thematic Focus Areas
1. Education & Child Development – Free/low-cost schooling models, bridge education, digital literacy, libraries, sports & life-skills; NEP-aligned pedagogy.
2. Environment & Forests – Community tree-plantation, biodiversity awareness (“Green Roots” initiative), waste management drives, climate action clubs.
3. Health, WASH & Nutrition – Preventive health camps, menstrual hygiene awareness, village sanitation drives, school WASH.
4. Women & Child Welfare – SHG formation & strengthening, GBV awareness, leadership workshops, micro-enterprise promotion.
5. Agriculture & Livelihoods – Farmer training with KVK links, kitchen gardens, NTFP value addition, market linkages, youth skilling.

1. Social Reform Project (SRP)
o Launched in October 2022 to tackle social issues like child marriage, child labour, addiction, and harmful practices.
o Promotes women’s education, moral/spiritual values, and community awareness.
o Impact: 500+ beneficiaries.
2. Agricultural Awareness Programs
o Focus on organic farming and soil health management.
o 200+ farmers trained with support from Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Kokrajhar.
o Promotes composting, crop rotation, natural pest control.
3. Health & Sanitation Drives
o Mobile health camps in underserved areas.
o Maternal health, general check-ups, and medicine distribution.
o Special menstrual hygiene kits distributed to 300+ women.
4. Digital Literacy Campaigns
o Trained 100+ youth and villagers on safe digital payments, internet use, and cyber security.
o Bridging the digital divide in rural Assam.

• World Environment Day Essay Competition (2024): 150+ entries; prizes included books & saplings.
• Swachhata Hi Seva 2024: Cleanliness & plantation drive; 500+ saplings planted.
• Diwali with MY Bharat: Cleanliness drive at village markets with 50+ volunteers.
• Veterinary Awareness Program (2024): 150+ farmers trained; medicines distributed to SHG members.
